When using the text box you can fix a width.
Fixed width text box
To establish a fixed width text box, simply click and drag to the right using the text element tool. The location where you release the mouse will determine the initial width of the text element. If you already have a text box, use the select tool (arrow icon) to adjust the right-hand side of the box to the desired width.
Pasting
When pasting with a keyboard, you can use the shift key to modify how the text is pasted on to the canvas. The 2 methods are:
- CTRL + V = Separate text objects created for each heading and paragraph element in memory
- CRTL + SHIFT + V = A single text box with all text inserted and left aligned
