New Canvas May 2024 Release

More info on 4 May 2024 Canvas Release

What is the canvas? The note-taking canvas is the heart and soul of Notud, it is what you use to handwrite and draw in the cloud.

Why the update? We hope you're as excited as we are about the new canvas. We've been working hard in the background to revamp the heart and soul of Notud, and we've added so many new tools and options.

Log into Notud after 4 May 2024? The first time you log into Notud after the release date all your templates will migrate to the new canvas. This can take few minutes, so we recommend logging in a few minutes early to let the process complete without interfering with your work flow.

You'll receive a message (see below) when you log into Notud for the first time after the update. This only happens once.

Migrating to the new canvas? If you've taken notes on the legacy canvas (before the release) you'll need to migrate each note. This happens automatically when you open a legacy Contact Note or Private Note (indicated by an up-arrow icon on your note). If you've signed up after 4 May 2024, you'll automatically be on the new canvas.

Up-arrow icon indicates the note will be migrated when opened.

Issue migrating? If you are having an issue migrating to the new canvas after the update we'd recommend clearing the cache on your browser or use an alternative browser (there are some known issues with Apple Safari, you can try using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge).
